JAZZ LEADERSHIP PROJECT (JLP) optimizes leadership capacity and accelerates team development for heightened workplace engagement and achievement. The JLP Experience includes team success and cultural assessments, virtual and in-person workshops (with a live jazz band), and a custom success plan. No music knowledge is necessary to understand how jazz principles and practices promotes creativity, strengthens leadership capacity, and elevates inclusive team synergy.
The program experience begins with our two signature online tools: a Team Success Assessment (which categorizes workstyle preferences) and a Cultural Values Assessment to measure and map team values, and reveal organizational health. Each takes only 10-12 minutes.
Next we dive into Jazz Principles and Practices, moving through the fundamental values and foundation of jazz music, drawing out the analogies, framing the concepts, tying all to workplace success.
